Hey there, I'm Carol Rempto, a 32-year-old freelance illustrator based in Curitiba, Brazil. I have a bachelor's degree in graphic design and had a blast for a year as an exchange illustration student at SCAD. These days, I'm all about bringing middle-grade book projects to life with my digital illustrations and fun hand-lettered titles, using Procreate and Photoshop.
When I'm not buried in illustrations, I'm chilling with my two fur babies, Monet and Cacau. I'm totally obsessed with cats, magical places and mythical creatures, which often sneak their way into my artwork.
Oh, and fun fact: I've always got K-pop tunes blaring and asian dramas playing in the background while I work. Keeps the creative juices flowing, you know.
